Privacy
Last updated 2026-10-22. This covers quote requests sent through this website.
What we collect
What you type into the quote form: your name, phone, email, job suburb, the type of job, when you need it and the job details. We also record the date and time, the page you sent it from, any ad or campaign codes in the link you arrived on (such as gclid or utm tags), your browser type, the country your connection came from, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to stop spam.
Why
To quote your job and reply to you, and to see which ads and links bring in enquiries. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Where it's stored
In a secure database run by Cloudflare, our website host, which may store data outside Australia. The form uses simple hidden checks (no puzzles or tracking cookies) to keep out spam bots.
